The melds on the table must always consist of one or more different valid combinations. And a card can never be used as a part of more than one combination at the same time in Gin Mexican Rummy. Maximum limit of a sequence is of eight cards. The game begins when a player besides the dealer turns the top card of the stock face up. That card can then be used by the player or can be passed away. In case it is used, one card from the hand has to be discarded. Play ends when any player goes out or the stock of card runs out.
