Okey
If you take a quick look at a game of Okey, you might not initially view it as something at all similar to Rummy. Interestingly enough it plays a lot like the famous card game. Instead of cards, however, the game of Online Okey relies on special tiles.

The tiles will all be numbered from one to thirteen and come in four different colors. Each digit appears twice in each of the colors, and there are also two blank tiles in every set as well. The blanks are often called false jokers because they are not the actual jokers selected for a particular game. To select the jokers requires the players to set up the tiles in the official format. This is one of the reasons that many players say it is like a combination of Mahjong and Rummy in one game – online Okey
Tiles are set up in stacks of five tiles each, which means twenty-one stacks. All of the tiles remain face down, and one extra tile stays next to the dealer. A single die is thrown to determine a number from one to six, and the player then counts up from the bottom of the six tile stack to retrieve the extra tile. The dealer then adds one number to that depicted on the tile, and all tiles by this number are “Okey” throughout the rest of the game.
It is then that the game begins to so strongly resemble Online Rummy because the players are working to put the tiles they are dealt into runs and sets in the small rack that holds them on the Okey game. Sets must have three or four tiles in the same number and in different colors, and runs must have three or more tiles in consecutive order and the same color. To win the player must have fourteen tiles in valid combination’s, and they can even win with seven pairs if available.
